"Jeff and I were fortunate enough to meet Iefje in 2002 when she was painting some feature walls in our house. Through conversation we had mentioned to her that we had been searching several months for a painting to go on one of our walls, but had no luck at all in finding something that we both liked or could agree on. Iefje had then suggested that maybe she could paint something for us. Giving her a brief description of what colours we liked, off she went later delivered the painting. We loved it. We were both drawn to the painting immediately. It was everything we wanted and the painting itself  brought a wonderful warmth to the room. We realised then that we could not stop at just one painting, we now have eight of Iefje's original paintings which we proudly display in our home."

"I had a difficult time finding the right painting to place on the feature wall of our CBD apartment because the entire apartment is painted antique yellow and we have an existing art collection that varies in style a lot.  I needed something show-stopping, but not clashing. I had been looking for over three years, until I discovered Iefje's Under Art Gallery.  Thanks to her creative talent and fabulous artwork I was drawn in to browse the wide variety of mixed media pieces on display.  Finally, "Galactic Summer" came along!  Thanks Iefje, Digby and I really love the painting - it makes the entire room work.
