As with all of Iefje Boissevain’s resin works, the artwork is created first on wooden panels, building the composition in layers. The final step is the signature finish: several coats of high-gloss, UV-resistant resin, hand-poured to create a crystal-clear, glass-like surface that intensifies colour, enhances depth, and gives the piece that luminous “wet look” shine.
