Returns
All eligible purchases from UnderArt Gallery may be returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel for an exchange or store credit only. After this period, all sales are final. If the item you would like in exchange is no longer available, a store credit will be issued instead.
Returned items must be received in resalable condition. If a return arrives in poor condition and is not suitable for resale, it will be sent back to you once payment has been made for the return shipping cost.
While we carefully inspect all items before dispatch, it is the customer’s responsibility to check their order upon delivery. Any faults or damage must be reported to UnderArt Gallery within 30 days of receipt. After this time, we are unable to offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Returns are accepted in-store or via post. Please ensure returned items are packaged carefully. If an item arrives back to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, the return will not be processed and the item will be sent back to the address provided.
UnderArt Gallery is not liable for items lost in transit during return shipping. We recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking details as proof of shipment.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products for any defects. Please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order if you feel your item is faulty.
If your jewellery has been altered in any way, your warranty will become void.
We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.
Out of stock purchases
Once in a while, we sell out of an item in-store at the same time that an online order is made for the same item. If this occurs with your online order, we will contact you so that we can offer you an alternative or a refund of your purchase.
