More than anything I want my art to take people to a place of effortless appreciation for the priceless and paradoxically free aspects of existence. Over the years I have often come to feel lost in all the things I think I need in order to be at peace. And invariably I come to see that so many of these needs are what someone else wants me to need. But I think peace waits for all of us in the quietest and simplest of ways. Hidden in a truth waiting to be spoken, resting in a touch we offer someone we care for or waiting everyday for everyone if they just simply look up for a second. And when we look up, the sky and clouds hold nothing back and offer their enormity and beautfy, freely, to our creative longing. Without judgment or expectation.
